It started I bought it for my business and I was using it frequently, it has a remote control with it, so that came very handy. Then I took it home for a birthday, and I was projecting all type of video's out doors on the wall, that of course I hooked it up to my DVD player. The other cool feature with this projector it comes with an extra light, these are usually the same price of the projector, so I am safe from that side. Wow !! this thing can project a screen up to 70 inches wide. It is amazing specially when you play games on it. Perfect for Games night!! Had all the friends over to play Wii and they loved the BIG screen. Have my own theater in my house now to watch all those movies I missed in the theater. I think I will start a theater night to!! A new lamp for the projector is about $30 BUT, hold on there is an extra one in the box for free. Love this projector I think it is the best thing I have bought for X-mas entertainment. Excellent for the $, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Olens Technology XPJ Personal Entertainment Projector (Electronics) We use this projector with a sheet clamped on the side of our trailer to watch movies during our camping trips. It wouldn't work during the day (requires it to be somewhat dark to work right, but not pitch black). We noticed people in the adjacent camp sites setting up as we were each night to watch the movie with us. It isn't HD quality, but has gets loud enough and best of all, the bulbs are only $30 to replace (rather than hundreds like most projectors). We were thinking of a micro-projector, but those require complete darkness to work, so we are glad we went with this purchase. I would advise getting a duffle bag to keep it all in. For the money, I don't think it can be beat! |
